The terms for using AEO Radar

AEO Radar measures how a business shows up in the answers given by AI answer engines. You submit a business name and the queries ("races") you want measured. We run those queries across the answer engines, classify the responses, and report aggregate scores.

You may submit your own business and your own queries. The public free scan also lets anyone measure a third-party business by name. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for having the right to submit them. Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or unlawfully target any person or business.

The free scan can measure a business that did not ask to be measured and did not consent. We measure only what AI answer engines already say in response to public-style queries; we do not access private systems. If you are a business that was scanned and you want your data removed, see the deletion rights in our Privacy Policy.

Answer engines are probabilistic and change over time. A score is a measurement with a confidence interval, not a promise of any outcome. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a higher score will produce sales, rankings, or any business result.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period unless required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

We do not currently hold a SOC 2 report or any third-party security certification, and we do not claim to be "GDPR compliant" or "CCPA compliant" as a certification. We describe our actual data practices in the Privacy Policy and honor the deletion rights stated there. We will update this page as our posture changes.
